Four outstanding individuals were awarded the President's Scholarships on 12 August 2011 at the Istana. They were Ms Xiao Yifei, Mr Fong Jie Ming Nigel, Mr Koh Zhan Wei Aaron and Mr Yoong Ren Yan.
