The Public Service Commission (PSC) Scholarship (Teaching Service) (Mid-Term) is awarded to outstanding young men and women who have a clear interest in a career in the Teaching Service.
The scholarship is tenable for undergraduate studies at both overseas and local universities.
To prepare scholarship holders for a career in the Teaching Service, there are a series of developmental programmes during their years of undergraduate study, including internship opportunities. Scholarship holders will also have the option of pursuing a fully-sponsored Master’s degree, if they fulfil the requirements.
Career Progression:
Upon graduation, scholarship holders will be emplaced on the Public Service Leadership Programme. They will embark on a career that will include policy formulation and leadership roles in the larger Civil Service, including education.
