Current undergraduates who desire a career with MSF, and have performed well academically and in other areas, can apply for MSF mid-term scholarship. Candidates should have completed at least one semester in their first year of study, and are not in their final year of studies.

Local Merit Scholarship
To pursue undergraduate studies at local universities such as the

  • National University of Singapore (NUS)
  • Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
  • Singapore Management University (SMU)
  • Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS)
  • Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)
  • Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT)
  • Universities approved by Ministry


  • Full tuition fees and other approved charges
  • Maintenance allowance and other allowances
  • Sponsorship for approved developmental programmes, such as student exchange programme/summer programmes and CCA etc.
  • Sponsorship of Master's degree (if requirements are met)
