You will get the chance to take a hands-on approach in developing and implementing national- or industry-level initiatives to impact enterprises. You will also get involved in creating ideas and opportunities to make a difference in helping enterprises, undertake deep-dive studies or reviews in understanding how capability development and standards can bring about the growth to businesses. Enterprise Singapore's work is multi-faceted and covers various exciting aspects of the business value chain. When you return after studies, you will be enrolled in the ESG Management Associate Programme (MAP) where you will go through a structured 9-month development programme which will equip you with a global perspective in driving enterprise development and growing stronger Singapore companies. You will go through two job rotations, one in an industry cluster and one overseas attachment in one of Enterprise Singapore’s overseas centres. From these rotations, you will build skills and business acumen as well as strategic in-market knowledge and insights.

Upon graduation from the MAP, you may be deployed in a variety of work functions such as Industry Clusters, Capability Programmes & Planning, Global Markets, Innovation & Enterprise and Quality & Excellence. Outstanding individuals may be selected for a three to four year overseas posting after gaining the necessary experience and relevant skills at Enterprise Singapore.
