Mr Edward Alec D'Silva was appointed as a Member of the Public Service Commission in January 2007. An Architect by profession, he has been the Executive Director of SAA Architects Pte Ltd since 1983. Currently, Mr D'Silva is the President of the Eurasian Association, Chairman (Designate) of the Singapore Youth Award Panel, National Youth Council, a Board Member of the Board of Trustees, National University of Singapore, Vice-Chairman of the Trust Central Committee, Community Development Council (Central) and a Board Director of the Singapore Dance Theatre, as well as a Member of the Strata Titles Appeals Board.
